This 400+-page book is the only book in the Philippines that compiles more than 1,300 questions and answers covering laws and legal topics every entrepreneur must know, including:

This book reflects more than 16 years of my experience and knowledge as a corporate and business lawyer, developed through years of advising and working with hundreds of entrepreneurs.
