Atty. Domingo is a partner of the firm. Being a member of the Philippine Bar for more than 15 years, he brings with him a wealth of experience and his vast knowledge in criminal, civil, labor, land titles and deeds, commercial as well administrative law and government relations. Before joining the firm, he has helped clients navigate through the bureaucracy in applying for permits and licenses, facilitate the release of important public documents, and essentially foster good working relationships with various local government units and government agencies.

Aside from his background in government transactions, Atty. Domingo also handled varied cases when he established his own law firm - The Law Office of Bernard Joseph Domingo back in February 2011. His clients comprised mainly of business men, and food manufacturing and construction companies.

​

Before establishing his own law office, he was an Associate at the Jasarino, Young and Librojo Law Offices and after that at the Librojo and Associates Law Offices where he gained the necessary experience in the practice of law.

​

Atty. Domingo obtained his Law Degree from the San Beda College of Law and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, where he graduated Cum Laude.

​

He is a member of the Lex Leonum Fraternitas, Inc. - an organization whose members comprise of several lawyers and notable personalities.

​

On his free time, Atty. Domingo pursues his personal passion of swimming, groove conducting, and giving career seminars to students.
